Lors du PPV No Mercy 99 le 17 Octobre 1999 à Cleveland, Ohio, le Godfather battait Mideon avec le “Ho Train” et un “Roll Up”.

Fabulous Moolah battait la championne féminine, Ivory avec un “Roll Up” pour remporter le titre après que cette dernière ne frappe Mae à la tête avec la ceinture.

Hardcore et Crash Holly battaient Billy Gunn et le Road Dogg par disqualification après que Hardcore Holly n’apporte une chaise sur le ring que Gunn utilisait pour porter son “Fameasser” sur Crash. Après le match, Road Dogg portrait son “Pumphandle Slam” sur Hardcore Holly sur la chaise.

Chyna battait le champion Intercontinental, Jeff Jarrett pour remporter le titre dans un “Good Housekeeping match” quand elle frappait le champion avec sa propre guitare alors que l’arbitre avait le dos tourné. Jarrett remportait préalablement le match après avoir frappe la challenger avec la ceinture, ce qui n’était pas légale et qui faisait repartir le combat.

Le co-champion World Tag-Team, le Rock battait Davey Boy Smith avec le “Rock Bottom” et le “People's Elbow” après avoir avorté un “Running Powerslam”.

Matt et Jeff Hardy battaient Edge et Christian dans un “Ladder Match” pour remporter le Terrie Invitational Tournament Best of 7 series” quand Jeff mettait Edge K.O. et s’emparait du sac contenant 100 000 dollars. Dues aux stipulations d’avant match, les Hardyz Boyz remportaient les services de manager de Terri Runnels. Ce combat fût nommé le “Match of the Year” par le Pro Wrestling Torch.

Val Venis battait le co-champion World Tag-Team, Mankind quand Val portrait son “Testicular Claw” alors que Mankind portrait son “Mandible Claw” faisant chuter Val Venis et permettant à Mankind de réaliser le tombé. Après le match, Mankind volait la chaussette “Mr. Rocko”.

X-Pac battait Kane, Farooq et Bradshaw dans un “Elimination Match” en battant Farooq avec le “X-Factor”. Kane battait Bradshaw avec le “Chokeslam” alors que X-Pac éliminait Kane avec un “Spinning Heel Kick” de la 3ème corde quelques secondes plus tard.

Le champion de la WWF, Triple H battait Steve Austin dans un “No DQ Match” suite à une intervention de The Rock qui frappait accidentellement le challenger avec un “Sledgehammer”. Le champion portrait alors le “Pedigree” sur le Rock peu de temps après. Plus tôt dans le show, Triple H s’en était pris au Rock avec le même “Sledgehammer”. Après le match, Austin chassait le champion en arrière-scène, mais ce dernier parvenait à s’enfuir en voiture, grâce à l’aide de Chyna.
